Herring run outing – Mar. 17, 2019

Unfortunately today’s club outing leader, Staffan, was hit with a bad cold and couldn’t make it out. However, we received this fantastic report by Ilse:

We certainly missed you at today’s outing. But we made the best of it, saw hundreds of sea lions, thousands of gulls, and millions of herring being unloaded from the returning ships.  Quite a marvellous sight under a brilliantly blue sky.  Attached is a photo of all of us enjoying fabulous fish and chips at the pub where we were adorned with green t-shirts, green sunglasses, green necklaces and green headbands – just to remind everyone that it is St. Patricks Day! Hope everyone will be healthy soon! Ilse
